I was quoted and charged a price for rentalcars.com and when I went to Puerto Rico they charged me more money. They said that rentalcars.com charged a commission and didn't send the entire amount to Thrift Rental. Where I can get a refund in the difference I had to pay Thrifty in Puerto Rico
