The only contact I have had with this company is through this site. I have not been contacted by your support agents by any email, etc. I would like to know how to go about seeking a refund as soon as possible. The UPS site is still showing you all have printed my shipping label but have not dropped off my purchase at the facility to be shipped. I am ready to give up and be refunded. Please contact me asap so that I can proceed with this. Thank you
