I live in New Jersey and I got an email from redbubble saying that my stickers were shipped from the company on April 10. Well it's currently April 20 and I've written the service an email and everything, and am still waiting. Just wanted to know why I can't track my package through the website and why I haven't received my stickers yet?!

I'm pretty sure they don't ship when they say they do, especially with stickers. I had the same issue, after several emails to customer service they did actually ship them and they arrived a week later. However they told me, "oh some of the ones you ordered have been discontinued, sorry." They refunded these of coarse, but supposedly they were in the original shipment that "got lost in the mail." They're not quality either, but cheap so whatever. Not gonna order here again.

The stickers take a little while! It says on the website that it takes around 10 days from the day that you placed your order to receive your stickers in the mail, so it sounds like you'll get your package soon. If it doesn't come, just email customer service and they'll help you out! Everyone's really nice there so don't worry. I placed a sticker order on April 15th as well and received my package this past Saturday. You'll be super happy with your purchase, they're great quality.

They don't have a way to inform the customer where the shipped order is as I guess it is due to the fact that some 3rd parties do the deliveries and they have no idea where that is. I think the best way is to chase as much as you can using their contact details. It's a shame that this service is poor. My orders (t-shirts) were delivered within 2 weeks but the quality was so poor and I had no idea about the status of the delivery until they arrived.

You should demand a refund. That happened to me with a pillow I bought for a Christmas present. Ordered it 3 weeks before and never received. They refunded me
