Because of Redbubble production schedule, it may take longer to receive your item. I had to cancel my order and received a refund. I went through PayPal and the funds were credited into my account less than 24hrs. I would not recommend ordering from this company. In this day and age it should not take 2 weeks to receive merchandise. Their own website states 24-48 hrs turn around then it will be shipped. WHAT A JOKE!

Orry to hear my advise to you is hoping you have a tracking number check it every day thats what i did my christmas gift traveled around the countryside before getting back to my area i had to go pick it up at post office my order was 10 days late misssed christmas but have it now no thanks to redbubbles method of shipping check tracking like i aid if you have one it should be in the

I think you mean 4 days to process, certainly not to arrive. It can take about 2 weeks to arrive. But has it shipped yet, because that's the important thing.

This is unusual. I always get s response within 24 hours. As far as delivery goes that can vary. Depending on your location and time of year. Once it leaves RedBubble it is in the control of the carrier. But there should always be a tracking number. Also that is 4 business days. If there is a holiday or weekend then add those days in. But 4 days is normal. After 8 days contact customer service. To Canada normal time is 6 days. Red bubble has expanded production so they has many FAcilities to ship from depending on product. Be patient.

I will have not received the poster I bought a month ago. Nor do I have my money back or any responses from the company to my inquiries about both.

Don't you just love how you can get ahold of them you have to find a obscure website even get a hold of them! My advice to you go to your bank and then stop payment on it and go someplace else to find you a case. Two and a half weeks 3 weeks to get my money back. Good luck
