Hello, i am trying to rent an apartment from a woman who says she lives in the uk and is using realtors.com to mediate the rental process. realtors.com is asking me to send them $950 (one month's rent) through western union in order to send me the keys so i can look at the unit. they say the money is held in an escrow account and will be refunded to me if i do not want to rent the property. is this normal?
