Hi, i need to speak with a representative regarding a rca tv that blew up, only had 6, months. yes they sent a tech out, part on order, tech scheduled to come back in 2 weeks. so i am out of tv for a month. so i am the one inconvenienced because of their defective items.it seems that this happens alot due to items i have purchased and i am so tired of the quality of items and im always the one that has to suck it up! very frustrated! would like some kind of compensation!
