I made an order 3 weeks again, and only half of my order has shippied. How long will it take for my other half of the order to come?

They never would help me at all and they would never even reply back to me. I ended up ordering the same product from a different site that came to me a week later. They just sent me a refund eventually.

I agree with Brian A. I never got anything, never got a refund. I had to contact my credit card company and they refunded my money.

I'm in the same boat. Direct message their twitter account that's one of the only ways I got a response. I asked for help and then told them that I'm talking to my legal advisor to see what we can do about this situation. Let them know how rediculous this wait is.
