I'm not getting leads and it's costing £42 monthly how can you cancel

I am a tradesman, have been using your system for some time. I have reason to believe that some of the recent leads i have bought from your company are totally fake. I fully intend to investigate this, and will be seeking legal advice! Surely this constitutes as fraudulent behavior. Have you received any similar comments?
What is the name of your data controller and their address? Why are your staff trained to be bullies? If a product is not what it says on the tin you are entitled to a refund but not with rated people? Are you above the law? Shall we test this in court? I will submit a claim for all the inferior product i bought from you and you will hide behind a new policy that none of the tradesmen agreed to! Lets see shall we. You are committing criminal offences by denying me access to my rated people website that i have paid for and denying that you have to give me the name of your data controller.
Rated people have just terminated my membership for no reason whatsoever. I have spent close to £1500 with them and had nothing but good ratings. They are ignorant and rude when you question them about poor leads and will not refund even when i accidentally bought a lead for my sister in law who i dont speak to! I am going to request an SAR even though the ignorant girl on the phone wouldnt even give me the name of their data controller which is just illegal anyway. I will publish the findings on all the websites i can when i get the results. I think they are just crooks and they dont do any vetting, but worst of all they are pig ignorant.
