Rated people have just terminated my membership for no reason whatsoever. i have spent close to £1500 with them and had nothing but good ratings. they are ignorant and rude when you question them about poor leads and will not refund even when i accidentally bought a lead for my sister in law who i dont speak to! i am going to request an sar even though the ignorant girl on the phone wouldnt even give me the name of their data controller which is just illegal anyway. i will publish the findings on all the websites i can when i get the results. i think they are just crooks and they dont do any vetting, but worst of all they are pig ignorant. I know this doesnt answer your question but the very same thing happened to me on Friday 11. 09. 15. Same thing, I had been a member for almost two years and had nothing but almost 200 positive reviews. I think have spent just over £3000 to date. They dont give you a reason and when you call them they have the information but just wont give you anything. I cant imagine what I could have possibly done to have my account access revoked like this. It makes me feel like a criminal, but the most annoying thing is that they just wont tell me why. I have emailed them this morning but Im not expecting a reply. I too am going to do a SAR which will cost up to £10. It would be interesting to know who else this has happened to and what trade they belong to. I am a Heating Engineer. Ive been led to beleive that Rated People have done this to certain trades(plumbers I think) before when they have awarded a contract to a big company who then takes all that work. If this has happened to you as well then please leave your details and what trade you belong to. This just doesnt make any sense it bizarre.

I am a tradesman, have been using your system for some time. i have reason to believe that some of the recent leads i have bought from your company are totally fake. i fully intend to investigate this, and will be seeking legal advice! surely this constitutes as fraudulent behavior. have you received any similar comments? I have replied to jobs and they have never rang me back some of them false phone numbers some of them cost me £25

Rated people are in business with Experian and Experian are passing peoples credit reports on to rated people, and if your credit history isn't very good then rated people kick you off their site, illegal if you ask me, they need investigating and prosecuting
