I have a $249 check that ebates said they sent to me on february 4th and today is the 24th and it is still not here. is there a way i can contact ebates directly about this? i tried the "contact us" link on the website but it just takes me to the missing cash back form. can someone help me with this?

I don't know but I contacted my credit card company who opened a dispute with Priceminister over their giving my "credit in My Wallet". End result is I got full refunds credited to my card for two purchases

Shipping is based on the merchant you purchase from and the weight of the item. Some merchants have expedited shipping like Amazon and others use standard 3-5 day shipping( or more if the item has to be delivered by freight)
