Question:

If i were to order a "custom classic t-shirt" in black, would the white box shown in the preview be printed also, or just the small graphic?

Answer:

Hello! Thank you for your question! The white box that is shown in that view is the maximum allowable area for design for this type of shirt. The white box will not print on the shirt. It is for creation purposes.

Question:

I'm tall and slender, and this xs onesie is huge for an xs. it is round in the middle for an unclear reason. are you supposed to pull the legs way up and let the torso part blouse over? pulled all the way down it looks baggy in a very unflattering way. to the one who said it was pixelated, wouldn't the company enlarge your photo if it was too small? takes a few seconds. the printing on mine is pretty inconsistent and nothing aligns the way i see it on the rageon creator screen. thanks!

Answer:

Hello! Thanks for your question! I am sorry to hear about that! Can you please email mazur@rageon.com with some pictures so he can assist you? Thanks

Question:

Hi mike. everything you told me is exactly what is on the site which is vague. what i want to know, as an artist who would upload designs to the site. say an item sold for £50, what would i make? what would my 25% of the net profit amount to in dollars. a rough estimate on that figure will do fine. thanks

Answer:

Hello Craig, Sorry about that! Lets say you sold a sweatshirt at $69.99. With all things being equal, your share of the profit would be around $8. So of course the profit would be lower with any discounts applied to an order.

Question:

Your payments for artists uploading designs is pretty sketchy. is this intentional? like say i sold a sweater for $50 how much would i make as the artist who uploaded the design? also how much would i make commision after superliking an item of $50? i also think you should be more upfront about the items being printed and shipped from china especially if i am going to be promoting this to friends or family. thanks

Answer:

Thanks for your question! How the payment for our vendor's is structured is you receive 25% of the net profit of the item. Net profits = (Price Customer pays - Product Cost) x Quantity - Refunds. You can see more in our help section here - http://support.rageon.com/content If someone buys a product that you super liked, you receive up to 10% of the net profit. When you super like a product early and before others, your receive a larger percentage of the super like commission. You can see more in the RageOn! App in My Account > FAQ We do not produce in China. We utilize printing facilities in the U.S. as well as Europe. We do sell item's that could be made in China but those are just in our Fleekmarket brand.

Question:

Hello! i want to get a crewneck sweatshirt for my boyfriend -- who is around 5'8 and 160 pounds. would an m work or should i go for l? i'm having difficulty understanding the sizing chart; and online comments have not been helpful.

Answer:

Thanks for the question! Based on those measurements, a medium will be a slimmer fit and a large would suit better if he wants a looser fit. The sizing chart is measured in inches and works by laying the garment down and measuring across. The measurements are not circumference.
