I have placed order 766898 on cyber monday (8 days ago). i have used this site before and they have been great but this time i have not received any replies to my two emails or whatsapp messages and no one answers the phone and i am not sure what is going on. i know they are busy but surely customers need to be replied to, even via an automated email that says that they are exceptionally busy. i am very keen on receiving this order before i travel by the end of the week as some of the items are xmas gifts

Hi, are all the clothes sold on your site genuine? i purchased what i was led to believed to be a moschino t-shirt, it arrived in a plain brown jiffy bag, no authenticity certificate and company called "velmar" on wash label. please explain. thanks, a concerned customer.
