Hello Dawn! We are intermediaries between luxury boutiques in Italy and customers all over the world. When a customer places the order online the item codes are entered into the system. Some items are with us and ready to ship immediately, and others we must backorder from the licensed boutiques with whom we work. This process takes about 2-3 business days (sometimes less sometimes a bit more, it varies from shop to shop).

Yes Diane, all the products are genuine and come from licensed distributors. We are a legitimate Italian company and it is against the Italian law to sell replicas.
