A: Hello! In regards to size, you will need to compare her measurements to the size chart provided from the designer for each dress. You must consider the body type and the style of the dress. The size chart will highlight where each measurement falls on the chart but it is merely a guide to assist you in selecting the size that is best. Sometimes a dress might need alterations for the perfect fit. Also, provided on each size chart is a YouTube video to display how to have her measurements taken if needed!
Each dress is a designer original and would be inspected before shipment! Unfortunately thousands of dresses can ship daily so sometimes flaws could be overlooked. When you get a dress depends on the availability of the item and which shipping option is selected. Please choose the color and size to view the availability. A dress that states "In Stock: Ships next business day!" when you select the color and size should ship out the next business day and arrive in the shipping time you select! We accept returns! You can receive a refund less 10% restocking fee or a store credit for the total value of the item you are returning. You must obtain a return authorization number within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that all items marked "Sale" and "Store Credit Only" can only be returned for store credit. The international shipping option is $38 for the first item and can take 2-7 business days from when the dress ships. NOTE: All International shipments are subject to duties and taxes.
