Answer:

We are an authorized retailer of the Aphrodite Gold shoes by Touch Ups from the designer Benjamin Walk and they are original pieces! All of our shoes are ordered from the designer and should ship on the date provided when you select the color and size. You can return those heels per our return policy if needed, which can be viewed on our "Returns" page. Please contact us if you have any further questions and we would be happy to help!

Answer:

We're a retailer of dresses that only sells designer original items. Unfortunately there are many sites that create a knock off of the designer's dress, but we do not make any replica dresses.

We do ship to many countries! To view the countries we ship to, simply add an item to the shopping bag, then select the international shipping option and proceed to the next step of the checkout. There you will see the countries in the drop down menu labeled "country." The international shipping option is $35 for the first item. Please note that all International shipments are subject to duties and taxes. Custom and import charges are not included in our shipping charges.

When an item arrives would depend on the availability of the dress and the shipping option you choose. It's a legit site, their customer service and policies are just horrible. You will lose money.

When the dress arrives would depend on the availability and the shipping option you choose.
