So are the dresses on this site from the designer? what makes them for differently? what makes them not fit well? how true to the designer brand are these dresses? very concerned about ordering from this site!

Yes, the dresses on our site are originals from the designer and we do not make any replica items! Please note that there are size charts provided for each dress because the sizing will vary by designer. Also, provided on each size chart is a YouTube video to display how to have your measurements taken. What is your returns policy for international buyers? and are the dresse was honest as the photos! i have been stung before and i need a beautiful dress for me engagement party. i had to get consumer affairs involved last time and dh gate the company ha do pay out a lot of money! thank you

We're an authorized retailer so the dresses are as pictured! We also accept returns! You can receive a refund less 10% restocking fee or a store credit for the total value of the item you are returning. You must obtain a return authorization number within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that all items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable and items marked "Store Credit Only" can be returned for store credit only. Please note international customers are responsible for any custom or import fees associated with their order as they are charged by your country. I just received a dress in the mail today 1/7 that i ordered on tuesday, 1/5 and it came very quick but i need to send it back and get a small instead of a medium but i do want the same dress, do i wait to get reimbursed then get my small dress on store credit or should i order one right away? my dance is january 24th i have about two weeks and i know it takes awhile for them to reimburse money so should i wait or get the small now? i'm shipping my return out tomorrow right away

The standard return policy for special occasion dresses is "no returns," but we want to ensure you have your special dress for your event so we accept returns for a refund less the 10% restocking fee or for a full store credit as long as it does not state "Final Sale- No Returns." About how long will it take to get my dress

Answer:

It would depend on the availability of the dress and the shipping option you choose. A dress that states "In Stock: Ships next business day!" when you select the color and size should ship out the next business day and arrive in the shipping time you select! If it states "due to ship" it should ship out on the date provided and then arrive in the shipping time you choose. I am very nervous about ordering a dress from this site due to the poor reviews! i have concerns about quality and the ability to return items that do not work. most sites have free shipping and free returns... why does your company not consider this? i always feel better about ordering from a a site i have not previously used if i know i can easily return something that doesn't work.

The products on our site are from the designer or manufacturer listed! When ordering, there is an option for free US ground shipping. If shipping to a physical address in the US we can provide a return shipping label for $8 or you can use the method of your choice. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for a refund less a 10% restocking fee or for a full store credit as long as it is not marked final sale!
