Are the dresses authentic sherri hill dresses or dresses made to look like sherri hill dresses? i have tried on several sherri hill dresses and want to make sure i am ordering an actual sherri hill dress

If i ordered a dress today and i live in australia, would it arrive before the 30th april?

Unfortunately we would not be able to guarantee the dress could arrive before April 30th when shipping internationally. A dress that states "In Stock: Ships next business day!" when you select the color and size should ship out the next business day and arrive in 2-7 business days with the international expedited shipping method. In regards to size, you will need to compare your measurements to the size chart provided from the designer for each dress. You must consider your body type and the style of the dress. The size chart will highlight where each measurement falls on the chart but it is merely a guide to assist you in selecting the size that is best for you. Please be sure to consult with a local seamstress for any information on altering a dress!

When a dress arrives will depend on the availability of the dress and the shipping option you choose. A dress that shows "In Stock: Ships next business day!" when you select the color and size should ship out the next business day and arrive in the shipping time you select! If it states "due to ship" it should ship out on the date provided and then arrive in the shipping time you choose. The sizing will not necessarily run big or small because the size charts can vary but they often run smaller than casual clothing sizes. In regards to size, you will need to compare your measurements to the chart provided from the designer for each dress. You must consider your body type and the style of the dress. The size chart will highlight where each measurement falls on the chart but it is merely a guide to assist you in selecting the size that is best for you. Sometimes a dress might need alterations for the perfect fit. Also, provided on each chart is a YouTube video to display how to have your measurements taken if needed!

Daughter just received her prom dress. she had tried the dress on in a bridal boutique. the bridal store only carried a size 2, in the dress. so, she ordered the exact same dress, in a size 2, from promgirl. the dress doesn't come close to fitting. she just tried the bridal shop dress on 7 days ago and has not gained an ounce. the dress is a "final sale" and we thought nothing could go wrong. we have called the bridal shop and confirmed the size, they only had 1 size in this dress. so, now what to do. i would like to understanding how an authentic dress is so far off in a size. can you help with an exchange for a larger size? thank you.

Each item on our site is an original, authentic dress from the designer listed. Unfortunately we do not have a way of verifying the dress at the local store was from the same designer. We would be happy to look into your order if you can please message us with your order number. Thank you!

What if my dress doesn't look good on me, will i be able to return it easily and get a refund?

Answer:

We accept returns! You can receive a refund less 10% restocking fee or a store credit for the total value of the item you are returning. You must obtain a return authorization number within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that all items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable and items marked "Store Credit Only" can be returned for store credit only.
