Unfortunately we would not be able to guarantee the dress could arrive before April 30th when shipping internationally. A dress that states "In Stock: Ships next business day!" when you select the color and size should ship out the next business day and arrive in 2-7 business days with the international expedited shipping method. In regards to size, you will need to compare your measurements to the size chart provided from the designer for each dress. You must consider your body type and the style of the dress. The size chart will highlight where each measurement falls on the chart but it is merely a guide to assist you in selecting the size that is best for you. When a dress arrives will depend on the availability of the dress and the shipping option you choose. A dress that shows "In Stock: Ships next business day!" when you select the color and size should ship out the next business day and arrive in the shipping time you select! If it states "due to ship" it should ship out on the date provided and then arrive in the shipping time you choose.
