hello I would like to get a number to beable to talk with someone

Good luck. I tried via email and by getting on their website to chat with a "Roger" there. He would not give me a number but only the service@promever.com. He would not answer several of my questions when I questioned him on anything. No address for returns, no phone number for a manager. He just ignored all of my requests.
