I ordered a dress from them, gave them my exact measurements, and the dress that came was huge. I had to continuously fight with them until they finally agreed to give me a refund of 8%. I wish I'd have investigated them before buying the dress because we're not out $180. These people are a scam. I tried to write a review on their site on the dress I bought also and it was never posted.

My daughter in law wanted a dress for a wedding and me not thinking twice bought it for her. I should of at least googled this damn site, the dress did not fit as expected, i told them the situation and how i just wanted a swap. They kept on going back and forth with me and I got aggravated, now wanting a full refund. They're garbage to put it lightly.

Do not buy from Promever! My daughter ordered her prom dress and was all excited when it arrived. Opened and saw this hideous dress that looked nothing like the picture. After requesting a return for refund they asked us to send a picture. So we sent a picture and they replied it was gorgeous and won't except a return. False advertising! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Dress arrived stained and frayed! This company takes no responsibility for the damage, offers a 5-12% refund! No way to speak to anyone since they are in China so all customer service inquiries general replies by email.

These dresses are a BIG SCAM! We ordered 3 dresses and they all arrived damaged. Costumer service is terrible! They wont give you your money back even though the dresses all have damages and look nothing like they do on the website! They have such a bad costumer service where they make a fool out of you by offering you $23 dollars refund when I paid $600 for these dresses! This is outrageous that these companies are allowed to scam innocent people. It clearly states in their online return policy that if dresses are damages, you can return them! Waste of time and money! Stay away from this website.

Same story as others sent measurements, dress looks nothing like what it was supposed to. They told me the dress was beautiful and only offered 6%. I had to pay a seamstress to totally create a new dress. Hopefully it looks like something when she is done. They wouldn't even offer the 10% they state online for tailoring. I wish that I could find them.

My daughter ordered her dream dress for her prom from this company and what was delivered was disastrous.
It didn't fit by any stretch of the imagination. The work was disgusting quality with poor seams, threads hanging, misaligned clasps, puckering of the material and the design of the dress was nothing resembling what was advertised.
When we spoke to "customer service" and sent them photos they claimed nothing was wrong and refused to refund and more so refused to fix the problems. They told us to get it fixed at our costs. We have had quotes from local tailors in excess of $600 to make the delivered dress meet the promised photo.
This is a scam company. DO NOT USE THEM!
My daughter is devastated after thinking she was all set for prom and now has to find a new dress.

The sizing is all wrong and misleading. The pictures are misleading. Overpriced verses quality. Lesson learned the hard way. Karma will get these unscrupulous online scammers. Read their disclaimers, it's a lot and they guarantee that you will never get a refund.

I ordered a dress and received it. First of all, it is not AT ALL like the picture. There is no way to write a review on their website. Regardless, once I received the dress it was too small so I took a picture with measuring tape showing that the bust was 35 and not 37 like I have requested( proof by email). Not only have they been laughing at me writing comments like:
1) it is custom size dress, it should fit you well if you provided us the correct measurements, and the custom made dresses are not returnable, please make fixing in local if possible
Also we wont take back on the custom size made dresses, we can not resell them/

2)Thanks for your mail but the dress really nice

I paid over $160 for a dress that they messed up on and instead of them giving me a refund for their mistake, they offered me 8 percent back of what I paid... this company is a fraud and crap! Don't waste your time or money!

Their dresses are beautiful. Just their customer service SUXKS they just copy and paste the same 2 emails - and also don't accept your payment and just tell you to "use a different card" even though there's no problem. Don't bother!

My sister found the Promever website and we purchased a prom dress from them. The dress looked nothing like the picture and it wasn't completely sewn. I contacted them about it and demanded a full refund and a billway so i can ship their product back to them. I basically got the same response that they told you guys. These crooks said they only offer an 8% refund out of the $180 +shipping I spent and that i should keep the dress because it is a beautiful dress. Never have i felt the urge to slap someone like i did then. These guys are operating a fraudulent business. Please steer clear. DO NOT FALL VICTIM!
My advice to everyone always do your research about any new stores you might be interested in purchasing an item from. Wish we had read these reviews before we wasted that money.

I ordered my daughter dress for her Prom. I followed there measurement charts. I ordered the dress size 2. It took more than 3 weeks to get her dress. After, I got the dress it Was TOO Tight from hips and loose on waist. I tried to contact " Promever" there Is NO customer number only email. I emailed them that I wanted full refund of the dress and I wanted to return it. A person named " SANDRA" emailed me she said that I didn't compare their size chart therefore, I should pay for the problem that was exactly what she says very Nasty and very unprofessional. Then another person contacted named CHERRY and she was worst. She emailed me that it wasn't possible for full refund. Please before you buy from this website check the customers review. This is a FRAUDULENT Website.

I ordered my prom dress online, which was a really bad decision. After I received my dress, the color was different (they used filter in the picture), the neck was too tight that I cannot wear it, the waist was way too wide (I already measured myself but obviously they never put my measurement down), and the dress was too long. Then I messaged them thousand times asking for an exchange right after I opened my package (within 15 minutes I received the package). Unfortunately they told me I cannot get refund and they suggested me to get it altered. But the tailor said it would cost more than the dress to fix it. After three weeks, the customer service said they would give me a $8 refund, but it has been a month, but I still got nothing. I tried to emailed them back, but the message cannot be sent, nor can I find their website. I wonder what happened to this company, has someone sue them?

We purchased a dress for our daughters sweet 16. The complete top was see through and very inappropriate. The dress also had a very bad odor to it. I contacted customer service who indicated they wanted a photo of the dress which we submitted. They said there was nothing wrong with it and that there are no refunds. You will not be able to return any dress that you purchase from them. There is no exchange or assistance. The quality is very cheap. This is the worst experience we have ever had purchasing any item on line. Stay away. It was very disappointing. I have kept emails of all communication and photos of the "chat" with the organization to document the poor experience.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I also received a dress that was not what it looked like from the website. It was poorly made and one sleeve was larger than the other; the zipper would stick, the top of the dress was suppose to have a corset-type top to it, which it did not, and it was made with poor fabric. I contacted them via email with regards to this and they replied:
"Hi as we did make it correctly as the order requested, Hope you can keep it if possible or you can try to do some alteration in your local tailor stores. Hope for your understanding.

I later found out that this company is out of Hong Kong and the dress came from Singapore. After several emails to try to get a refund, but with no avail, I then contacted the FTC. They told me that if I knew of others with the same situation that they should contact the FTC and file a complaint. The more complaints they receive the better the chance of helping them and law enforcement to find fraud and abuse with this company. Then, this can lead to an investigation; and hence, eliminate this business from unfair practices. Please call the FTC at *******357 to file a complaint or go to ftc.gov/complaint. Also, the FTC told me to contact my State Attorney General to let them know of the fraud, of which I will do and I hope you all will do the same. With all of us doing this, there might be some hope in shutting this website down and getting us all a refund. Good luck to all!

I have my prom approaching and I needed a prom dress so I decided to try out Promever.Com. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! This is a scam business. I tried to call the number that was emailed to me, and it didn't even work! Also, the dress I received was about two in a half weeks late, and the dress I was received was the WRONG DRESS! I have no other choice but to report this business and get my money back. I have never dealt with such foolishness from a business online. I have sent numerous emails to the "prom ever service" online and I have received an email stating I should keep the "beautiful" (cheap) dress and I will receive a 5% refund. That is $8.60 I would be receiveing back. Not only did I offer to get a full refund but I have to go find a new prom dress. I am disgusted and I refuse to let this site continue scamming other customers.
