Got my package today but the sericel of Betty book wasn't included just the letter of authenticity. I've tried to contact them but with no luck so far...what should I do ?

Why dose the autographed NFL jersey I won not look legitimate? the signature might be legit but the Jersey itself is very questionable
Are the jerseys actually NFL licensed? A lot of them appear to look like the team jerseys but are missing logos and whatnot.
From the pictures it looks like the signed jersey has a seperate square patch containing the number and signature sewn on. Like its not a real Jersey.
Been bidding on items on line and someone has been bidding right up to the bid I bid on so i will be paying exactly what my secret bid is,it seems odd
