Yes I have and it turns out my 1.5 carat diamond ring is actually a moissanite and not a diamond at all had my ring appraisal done for insurance update to find out it's FAKE! Have been in constant contact with primestyle with no resolution.
Please everyone check your stones don't be sucked in as I was!
