It seems PQDVD is no longer in business. Their automated license retrieval system on their website doesn't work. The Live Support chat function has been disabled for many months. I contacted their online vendor, 2Checkout.com and they tried getting a response from PQDVD with no luck. They should take down their website if they're no longer in business.

How to register PQDVD on your computer? Because even if I try to register it says that you have to (copy the shortcut to the machine with an internet connection and click it.

I might have the same exact problem then... I still am running windows XP and just bought the win 7 upgrade last night. Not sure how it will work with PQDVD. Can you just run it in the win 7 XP mode? Might be a work around. The site still seems to be up... now I am a little worried about ordering the upgrade myself.

I have tried to buy an ipod suite upgrade from them but no reg code came through and I ended up having to get my money back from paypal.
Since the refund I have been unable to contact PQDVD on their site.
This is good software that I have used for a couple of years but need the upgrade to run on windows 7 with DVR-MS. The trial version works well but I just cant contact them.
Help please.
