It seems PQDVD is no longer in business. Their automated license retrieval system on their website doesn't work. The Live Support chat function has been disabled for many months. I contacted their online vendor, 2Checkout.com and they tried getting a response from PQDVD with no luck. They should take down their website if they're no longer in business.

How to register PQDVD on your computer? Because even if I try to register it says that you have to (copy the shortcut to the machine with an internet connection and click it. A license will be download)
