Don't ever think to deal with PPAY Inc. because they will steal your money.

Why should someone be so stupid to trust PPAY Inc? You offend people and call your merchants idiots and you refuse to settle the collected payments by raising all sorts of unproven allegations to justify your shady business practice! If you claim that your merchants attempted to scam the card holders, why did you put these held funds in your own pocket, instead of refunding all payments to the allegedly scammed customers?

It seems perfectly clear that you and your company PPAY Inc. caused all the problems and now you blame your merchants.

You are not an authorized payment service provider furthermore you misuse stripe.com accounts for credit card laundering which is against Stripe's TOS and against the law.

Not your merchants were caught, your company PPAY INC. were caught for running an illegal credit card laundering scheme. It's obvious that your merchants did not mislead you, on the contrary, you misleaded your unsuspecting merchants.

In a competitive world, we cannot rely on traditional methods to transfer our payments from one place to another. We need to adopt the necessary changes to beat the competition and survive in the market place for the long-term. There is always a need to accept the various forms of payment processing like credit card, ACH, eCheck, SEPA, and POS processing services to earn better returns.
