Why is it that I've sent numerous Emails and phoned numerous times to get a replacement part for my cross trainer and I'm still waiting!!!

I never even revived a receipt or order confirmation, took the money mind, stinks of VAT fraud. Terrible customer service.

On average took ~ 10 days and was only told it was despatched. Only received auto-reply email my complaint was received
