Poshmark "Only" gives You 3 days to report an issue. So hopefully You can squeeze in some spare time & gas to go to a store close to You than can decifer if it is fake. Poshmark, on the other hand though, gives the seller up to 7 days to ship it to You but chunks the $$$ out of Your account immediately. Does this seem fair? They may get back to Your email within their 2 "Business days" not weekends, if You're lucky. Then they ask for Your pictures, etc. Once they decide that Your pictures "Fall within their standards" then a label will be emailed to You to ship it back. I just found out by reading other comments on other questions on here by dod k. That there is a $15.99 charge per disputed order. This is a million $$$ company. $15.99 from their profits is peanuts to Posh (Manish) but to Us buyers $15.99 is alot. Sick of this site. Scammers all over. Type up in the search section for perfumes, nail polishes (these items are NOT permitted on this site but over 200 people are selling perfume!) Stay clear of this site.

Poshmark gives you up to 3 days to report any issues or problems with the order. You can submit photos proving your case. They respond pretty quickly and will get back to you within 2 days. Let me know if you have any other questions! My username is@lilywilliamsss on there (:

You should contact Customer Service ASAP and include photos that support your finding that the item isn't authentic. However, since they may not be responsive, and the seller may claim they were up-front or didn't realize -- you should also try to get it verified by the brand or retail outlet (or evidence of what code/style/item/etc. # would indicate authenticity) so that you can provide that info. To customer service as well. Just be sure to contact Poshmark ASAP b/c they won't honor complaints after 3 days of your item arrival. Take screen caps or print out any correspondence with the brand in question so you can send copies to Poshmark. Finally, one of the only ways to be safe in the future is to ask any seller a LOT of questions that will confirm or disconfirm authenticity. If they're not willing to answer, they're probably not worth buying from. Good luck!
