Take it with a grain of salt. Alot of Poshmark sellers are on other sites posting the same item. If it sells on their other site for more $$$ then they cancel on You. But still write the seller & ask why. I had a seller cancel on Me because She was actually in the hosp for 2 weeks & couldn't mail it out. I wrote Her then 2 weeks later She had been home from the hospital. She explained Her situation & posted it again so I could buy it. So situations do happen on Poshmark. Just beware of the scammers. & don't trade. Alot of sellers have traded. Some were good but most weren't. Lots of fake things are also being sold on Poshmark. Fake Betsey Johnson jewelry, Fake MK jewelry, so I would steer away from jewelry.

First did you buy this product from the seller? If so to find her name first remember to put the@ sign before her name then she should pop up. Next you can't always trust a seller on poshmark always check the ratings on other sales she made did she get 5 star ratings which is the highest rating you can get from a buyer also check for feedback comments on those ratings it will tell you rather she/he ships on time if they are courteous and helpful ect. NEXT THE LAST RESORT WOULD BE TO CONTACT POSHMARK COUSTOMER CARE AND MAKE A REPORT AND HOPEFULLY THEY CAN HELP RESOLVE THE ISSUE. BUT BEFORE YOU DO THAT IF YOU FIND HER AND YOUR CONVERSATION BETWEEN THE 2 OF YOU ARE STILL ON THERE LIKE COMMENTS ECT. TAKE SNAPSHOTS AND SEND THOSE WITH YOUR COMPLAINT AS WELL ANYTHING WITH PROOF WILL HELP YOU GET THIS RESOLVED. I HOPE THIS HELPS IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK. Unfortunately, I've also had cancelled orders and it can be frustrating. A responsible seller will apologize and give an explanation but as others have shared you can always comment/ask questions on the listing.

Oh if a SELLER cancel an order theirs nothing you can do about it you will have youre money automatically refuded back into your account within 7 business days i been on this app for about a year now the seller either sold the item on another app or change their mind about selling the item but you can ask them why they cancel the sell i hope i asked youre question come visit my closet
