I have written SEVEN times to find out how I will be compensated for a return of my vintage Chanel earrings, which were returned in the original box DESTROYED, without the lining and the earrings completely scratched. I have contacted the BBB and they are investigating, however that does not get me compensated! Funny how quickly you returned the buyers money! I want compensation after SEVEN attempts to contact you

Yes. Go to Ebay. Rule of thumb: Go to their profile to see how many people they are following... if it is under 45 I don't sell to them... if they never shared at least 1 item I do not sell to them... they have zero likes... I do not sell to them... just block them... most are scammers...

They will never respond, you are out. That's how they operate, I also learned the hard way :( Im sorry for your loss but they dont have any seller coverage, they make ebay look like a resort.
