There are so many scammers & sellers listing things that aren't permitted on that site that Posh Customer Service doesn't give a crap. They don't hire enough employees to care. So, now Kotex maxi pads are on there...& everything else... but, people buy the stuff!
You need to go into your recent purchases, find the item you purchased, and report a problem with the order. There should be a drop down menu or way of identifying the issue in the app. If you already accepted the order it may be a hassle trying to return it. Also, Poshmark auto accepts the order for you after 3 days. Pretty shady if you ask me, but to be honest I think the whole company is shady.
