Hi there - how is my payment secured when purchasing items

Your money is put on "hold" until you receive your item. If you never receive your item, just cancel the order and your money is off hold in your account.
Beware that you cannot return an item if it simply does not fit. You'll have to resell it or gift it. As long as the item is exactly as described by the seller its not refundable.
