ANY SIMILAIR WEBSITES THAT DO BARTERING? Or ones where it is FREE to list? I was looking for a good site to sell/trade new/gently used clothing and/or items for my 1year old son and I (32 year old Sz8 trendy/eclectic woman's). Trading would be IDEAL as I have SO many items, not a lot of money to spend on such things, especially for baby since he grows so fast, but if the prices were reasonable I would also be interested in buying as well. It is not always easy for me to get out of the house to shop as I do not drive and my son nor my man have the patience to sit while I try on clothes. If anyone knows of something like this please let me know! I greatly appreciate anyone's input! THIA!

I tried Mercari I had a good experience and a terrible one. It's the sellers who make the site. If the seller is stand up its good because they bargain and the shipping charges are negotiable. Poshmark charges a fixed shipping of 5.95 which is more than what it may cost depending on the item. I have not delt with Mercari customer service but I might be with a pending transaction I am still waiting for my item.

Mercari is such a scam. You do not get money unless they rate you and many people are dishonest fake sellers.

Mercari is a good site they are reasonable on prices and there are people on the site that do trade with other's for new or gently used merchandise. But they usually go by your ratings on the stuff you have sold on the site. But beware because no matter what site your on there is always a possibility of a scammer. Always ask questions about the merchandise before you make the exchange. Always mail at the same time and make sure you take insurance out on the item your trading with incase the person really is a scammer at least you won't lose out totally on the loss of your merchandise. Also make sure they give you the tracking number if they really did ship your product then you will be able to see where it is at all times until it gets to your home. I hope this helps. Good luck
