Answer:

There are a lot of things that could be wrong. I wonder if 4500 needs to be TCP instead of UDP. If your router supports it try opening both of them up.

Hey Dennis, thanks for getting in touch. Most likely, yes, we can get you setup. We support a variety of R6200 firmware versions, and Foscam cameras are generally pretty easy to get to work. TWC as a provider seems to allow port forwards just fine, so I don't see any major blockers here. If you purchase our software then either Tedie or Allen will make sure that it works for you. We stand behind our product.
