I have called and left a message about my order. i used a coupon code but when it took my money my coupon was not applied. i am also trying to check the status of my order (split order) and it says that payment is still processing. however, the payment has processed in my checking account as of 2 days ago. how long does it usually take to receive the order? can i get my money back for the difference from the coupon that was not applied to my purchase?
