I've set several messages to women who supposedly were interested. No response. Is this because I haven't upgraded?

Yes. Not all but some. A few show in my email but not all (?). Rude user names indicate to me they dont have it all together or a scam... or both. I use that feature only if the one I am contacting is a paid member. They can view and respond.

No, you cannot see who said they want to meet you, unless you've also said you want to meet them. That's a crap shoot.

If you're computer is on I think you're on line. If you check on someone, that you have made contact with you will see they have been on line. Sometimes for 22 hrs.

Try chatting to someone in real life! If trust is an issue then get out of your fear zone and converse with someone face to face! $#*! pof!

Absolutely Debbie, the easiest way I found was to click through the selection of people that POF wants to know if you would be interested in meeting, then if there is a mutual interest on the others part than POF notifies you as well as provides their pic and profile.

No, but if you have e-mail updates, you can cut and past the name of the person that wants to meet you and paste it in the username search, you can find them that way.
