Hi, i just signed up for a free month trial - but i was trying to access michael crotty's book foundations of social research and even though it offered me a 'free download' and i registered so that i could get it, now i can't find the book. and each time i click on the books icon, i get an error message. help! Answer:

They are transitioning to their new membership setup. Some people can't access books during this transition. The new fee for full access to audiobooks is $29.95.

Hi Jeanette, what are you looking for exactly? Try searching for author, title, individual words within the title we're working hard to make the search function as good as it can be, but sometimes you need to try different search terms to find the right title. Hope that helps!

Hi Austin, when you cancel your trial you lose access immediately. When you're a paying member, you'll keep your access until the next billing date if you cancel.

Credit cards must meet the following conditions in order to be accepted: - Valid and in-date Visa or Mastercard (excluding pre-paid) - Name and address details, including zip code, matching exactly those of the card - Available balance of at least $1 (so that the card passes the validation check) Thanks.

Why are there so many questions on this site with no answers from playster? i'm intrigued, but, this is not good service. the website doesn't exactly make the answers easily found or available. so tempted....but, i'll pass on your free trial until i see answers to these questions and a wee bit more transparency.
