We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience. However, our verification process determined that the account owner is not of legal age — due to our processing requiring valid government IDs, we need the user to be aged 18 or above. This is explained under item 1.4 here: https://www.playerauctions.com/about/agreement/
Further, your parent's payment account was used; we may not accept payments if they are in another person's name. We need the PlayerAuctions user info to match the payment account.
We're truly sorry about this; we have to close your account as per our user agreement and, rest assured, you will be fully refunded on this transaction.

The most convenient ways of paying on our site are via Google Pay, credit/debit cards, cryptocurrency, or Skrill. If one of those doesn't work, please try the other options. Also, kindly check that you are using your real name both on your PlayerAuctions account info and on the payment account; it also needs to match. If you made a mistake signing up with your username (you used an incorrect name or you used a screen name), you may write to support@playerauctions.zendesk.com to request for a name change.
Other than that, please make sure you are using your correct information (phone numbers and address) and most especially, that you are NOT using any VPN, proxy, or masking services.
