Hello Elaby. Fabricating fake feedback is not "unintentional". The same goes with creating multiple accounts and faking the registration country/location. Disbursements are held for the security of the buyers if the seller is found to have committed several offenses.

Hi, Clive. Your orders may be found while logged in at https://www.playerauctions.com - point your cursor to the profile icon on the upper right and in the drop-down menu, click on "Orders - Buy". This is the page where your orders are listed.
You should also receive an email from us on your registered email containing details about your order.

Why did you cancel my order? We gave you all the information necessary and you suspended my account.

Hello Melissa,
We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience. However, our verification process determined that the account owner is not of legal age — due to our processing requiring valid government IDs, we need the user to be aged 18 or above. This is explained under item 1.4 here: https://www.playerauctions.com/about/agreement/
Further, your parent's payment account was used; we may not accept payments if they are in another person's name. We need the PlayerAuctions user info to match the payment account.
We're truly sorry about this; we have to close your account as per our user agreement and, rest assured, you will be fully refunded on this transaction.
