Seems like they are a scam. Based on reviews more than half of customers received dying plants that are not illy rooted and the customer service team refuses refunds/returns.

I decided to give them a try because of the hype around the YouTube videos and my sister having purchased from there without issue last year. They had a 50% off sale. I thought they had higher prices because they had superior product. But it turns out they just think they're awesome when they are actually basically scam artists.
