How do you get someone to return phone calls or emails? I called and was only given the option to leave a message, I have left two and no return call. I also have sent two emails to customer service and have not received a reply to those either. Does anyone have an answer? I fell like after they got my money they can't be bothered. I placed an order (first time) for over $200.00

During the summer, the company held a clearance sale where everything was listed as nonreturnable due to the fact they were closing down operations. There is no way to reach them any longer. Last I knew, even the website was down.
