Your website will not allow me to view samples. it says that my profile does not match the standards of the website. how can i fix this?

Answer:

Make sure to keep your profile updated at least every month. They often add new questions so they can match you to samples. Also, you can only see available samples on Sample Tuesdays at 12 PM ET unless they are available after that (which they usually are not as there are lots of users).
