Answer:

I totally agree. Charged my credit card and made it impossible to cancel and get a refund. Tech support just puts you on hold never answer. Cancel in app you get no refund. I am reporting to Better Business Bureau!

$25 opens a prepaid account. Phone time minutes are deducted from this. Unlike other apps that charge you a fee. Then you still have to purchase minutes. Only $7.50 a month after that. And your minutes rollover. A lot cheaper than most.

Hi Stacy, you must give him the number we created for you, so that he can call you. The number will give you guys a cheaper rate then what the facility normally charges. With our service you just don't get phone calls you can also send him photos, letters and more.
