I have had the same experience where processing time seems slow and I can't order until they receive the previous order. This means it takes approx 10 days and I can only send about 3 times a month. That being said, this is not a large company with many employees. Younger people have not really known how photo processing used to take a week or more. Digital has made that process much faster, however considering how many orders they process with an apparently small crew, I can see where the delay is. Also, for $499 a month, you can't expect them to send it faster than first class, and we don't have to pay extra for shipping. Therefore, I think it's to keep costs down and the service viable.
