I have order 10 Kg of dog food purepet on 12.10.2016 and paid for it and have not received any confirmation of the status of the shipment except to the fact that order is been received and relax, it is under process. Phone calls are not being responded to and emails not being replied . Is this company a fraud and just collecting orders and payment from unsuspecting customers.

Regarding your order query you can call our customer care no. 7840000222 and 7840000333 (9:30am -6:30pm) or can mail at care@petshop18.com. Your query will be responded within a tat of 12 hrs... at max... And dont worry just cite your order id and you will get all information.
