Can an individual list their animal (bird) through petfinder or do they have to give to a rescue

They may be a legitimate site but they make it extremely difficult to use and arbitrarily refuse to allow you to use their platform. We started the process to list our foster rescues and it was so horrible that we looked up their reviews. We read many reviews of rescues that were taken down without warning or any reason. They use their staple response of: "We have determined that your group is not eligible for Petfinder membership at this time. Our Terms of Service state that eligibility for membership is determined at the sole discretion of Petfinder."

The only answer you will ever get is "contact the place/person you got the animal from or who has the animal". NOTHING ELSE.
