Your order will not be shipped unless you call them constantly. And then when they do say they shipped, at minimum it will be another 3+ WEEKS before you should bother to check your mailbox.

Authentic Seresto are made by Bayer not Bauer. DO NOT waste your time or $$ on the junk this company sells counterfeit product from South Africa. Bayer 800# advised remove collar from your pet immediately. This product is not to be sold in US.

I just received my Seresto Collar. I noticed it was from Singapore. RED FLAG! I never opened it. Wrote REFUSED ON PACKAGE and returned to Post Office. Called the 1800 # and spoke to someone with a thick accent. I explained I did not trust the product and wanted my money back. He claimed it was the same as the one made by Bayer. I refuse to believe that. He even offered a 50% discount if I would try I. I refused. I love my pet way to much to take a risk. He claims he is refunding my money. I don't trust them and opening a dispute with my credit card company.

You can call the 1-800 # and ask for the tracking #. I did but was no use! The guy was foreign and I couldn't understand most of what he said! I wasted the $4.55 to track it. The # should have been on my order sent confirmation. I also ask what state it was coming from and he didn't answer!

Probably never. They will update your order number that it has shipped but it never ships for months. Sometimes never. I tried o order from them twice... never again.

It is made in South Africa and it is NOT APPROVED to be used in the UNTED STATES
