Why am i unable to cancel my subscription myself without having to contact customer services. that puts your company in the "dark ages" of technology and doesn't meet what customers today expect is a standard. i have been terribly disappointed with this service- the information i have been able to get can be easily obtained on google. you offer "public" reports for certain records, yet my own "public" records did not show up. total waste of money.

Answer:

Per the terms you agreed to when singing up, contacting us is how you are required to cancel. As a convenience we offer cancellation via email rather than requiring a phone call. You may cancel via support@persopo.com when you are ready to cancel, as stated on the receipt you received when signing up.
