I paid to find out if someone was married or divorced. no info available. whats up with that?

Persopo.com provides access to our database of records on over 320 million Americans. If the information is already in our database, you will be provided the information immediately! If the information has not been previously released to us, we will send an electronic request out to those courthouses whom hold those records and ask they forward them to us. These requests can usually take up to 72 hours to be provided, although that does depend on how quickly that particular courthouse responds to us. Some courthouses do respond much quicker than others. I'm trying to cancel my subscription and when i called the number it kept saying i had called outside business hours when i called it was within the business hours, how do i contact the necessary people to cancel my subscription?

Your question says you were attempting contact a little after 7PM PST. We do actually close at 6PM PST. This would be why you were getting that message. Our hours are M-F 6AM-6PM Pacific Standard Time, and Saturday 8AM-3PM Pacific. You can also email support@persopo.com at anytime.

Persopo.com is a membership based service. Similar to Netflix, or a newspaper, you are entering a monthly membership. When you find that you are finished searching you may contact our company by phone at 1-866-371-2590, or email us at Support@persopo.com, and request cancellation at any time. You will retain the full term purchased, but all future billing will be cancelled.
