on 8/29/15Shelly, I apologize you were having issues, we were open and taking calls on Saturday, I myself was at the office then. Emails are received by a different department than customer service, RM R's statement that our company does not recognize emails is blatantly incorrect and very misinformed. If there was an email received on Saturday, our support department will certainly cancel and refund your Account. If you had any problems, feel free to send another email, or call us about this account. As this website does not provide your last name or the email used for your personal security, I cannot cancel myself at this time. Please contact us directly(1-866-371-2590). And we will take care of you. It is a shame people are quick to point out the bad, but rarely speak out about the good. After you know the truth I hope you can come back and enlighten the less proactive customers who would rather bash our company online than to contact us directly and give us a chance to make good with you all.
Send them the email as a record. They are usually open saturdays, but My account was charged on a sunday when they really are closed. I sent in an email just to have a record and it had been notated on the account when I called monday. They gave me a full refund without any hassle. Just email them and you will be fine.
Find a way to block them from billing your bank account, file a complaint with the Las Vegas Betrer Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. You can email support@persopo.com but they say they do not recognize emails. Do this for your records. With all of the negative reviews this seems to be an online scam site. Print out all of the negative reviews and take to your bank. Get them blocked or they will keep on billing you. Hope this helps.
