I read a lot about this product being a scam

I hate to believe this is a scam, but i'm finding it difficult not to. for months i tried in vain to get somebody that could give me the install. instructions/diagram for my '08 subaru tribeca. i kept being told to go to the e-mail address on the "paper inside the package". there was no paper other than the general instructions! it tells me to "visit the web site/call/email/chat" for detailed instructions. nada! and nobody can help over the phone! i've had my chip for more than a year and it's useless! how i wish i'd read all of these reviews prior to buying! if you can help, please e-mail me at my new e-mail address: lttlbbby85@aol.com. this is not the email i used to purchase chip. if that's relevant, please advise. i'd very much like to hear from somebody at acd, but frankly, i'm not holding my breath; if i her from you - fantastic! let's see what happens. bob s.
