I hate to believe this is a scam, but I'm finding it difficult not to. For MONTHS I tried IN VAIN to get somebody that could give me the install. Instructions/diagram for my '08 Subaru Tribeca.
I kept being told to go to the e-mail address on the "paper inside the package". THERE WAS NO PAPER OTHER THAN THE GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS!
It tells me to "visit the web site/call/email/chat" for detailed instructions. NADA! And NOBODY can help over the phone!
I've had my chip for more than a year and it's useless!
HOW I WISH I'D READ ALL OF THESE REVIEWS PRIOR TO BUYING!
