Does report mean bad on people looker

Answer:

No its just 'bad' info. They give basic info that any search engine would find then charge you monthly until you finally work out how to cancel the service plus the time it takes to cancel. Avoid at all costs.

How hard is it to cancel subscription? most services hook you with cheap trial membership and make it hard to cancel

Hi Cindy, PeopleLooker provides hassle free cancellation. In order to cancel your account simply call our toll-free customer service number, 1-800-218-3309. And if you need additional assistance, we are available from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern Time on weekdays, and 10 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time on weekends, to provide additional support. If you are unable to reach us by phone, you can also email us at support@peoplelooker.com. When cancelling, it helps to have your 9-digit Membership ID handy. You can find this in your Welcome New Member email that you receive when you sign up, or on the right side of the Dashboard of your PeopleLooker account. If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Hello, how much does it cost after the trial period of $1? is it a one time fee and not a charge every month? can you leave membership at any time without extra fees? can i just receive a report on my unclaimed funds - if any and what will that cost?

Answer:

Hi Frank! After the end of the 5 day $1 trial your subscription continues at our standard monthly rate of $29.95. As long as you cancel before the end of the trial you will not be billed again and there is no charge for cancelling. At this time our service does not include information regarding unclaimed funds. The information we return are things like individual's aliases, addresses, contact emails and phone numbers, and other public records like criminal records. We do not offer any single use reports at this time, all PeopleLooker accounts are recurring subscriptions that continue until cancelled. I hope this helps to clear up your questions.
